As an adult the best product I have found for both ships and planes is the Transderm Scop Patch, a little skin colored round sticky thing worn behind my ear, and can be worn for 3 days in a row. Far as I know it is still only available by Dr. prescription. But, 'tis the ONLY thing that works, I've tried Dramamine, Bonine,, herbal ginger capsules, fresh ginger, etc. Also the arm band. All waisted money and effort.
