Guest guest Posted April 5, 2002 Report Share Posted April 5, 2002 I just found out that in Italy, in theory a prenatal diagnosis is possible for all known genes (CMT 1A, 1B, X, EGR2 and the 2 CMT2 genes. It seems many physicans refuse doing a prenatal diagnosis because they are not used to working fast and well (they can be wrong!) and also for religious reasons. So, ers, we need to find out the WHYS/IFS/andWHERES to these tests in the States!
