Enbrel can work alone but some people feel

that with another DMARD like Methotrexate there is less likelihood that your

body will identify it as a foreign object and start attacking the Enbrel so it

is less effective against RA. My conclusion is that Enbrel alone can work

but Enbrel with Methotrexate will work longer for some people. I don’t

know which way I would choose. I use Remicade together with

Methotrexate. God bless.
