Guest guest
How about sticking the rice sock in the freezer for an hour? It should be cold, but not wet......wouldn't it? Guest guest
Another great and easy heat and cold source is a bath towel. I wet it and place in the Microwave for 1-3 minutes. Then I place it in a trash bag and wrap a pillowcase over the outside- talk about great heat!!!! I also have wet it and bagged it and placed in the freezer. Another good cold pack idea is buy the cheap frozen vegetables in a plastic bag. Use them as cold pack and then refrezze to use again. Just be sure to mark the bag "DO NOT EAT" Karolyn Subject: Rice sock I don't know if this will help anyone or not.. But I was Just thinking as I was heating my rice sock it may..
