I don't know if this will help anyone or not.. But I was

Just thinking as I was heating my rice sock it may..

I find that heat helps sometimes..

I made a rice sock.. I got one of my husbands new tube

Socks and filled it with uncooked rice then knotted it..

And put it in the microwave for 3 minutes..

Sometimes just holding it.. And putting on different areas

Help..

How about sticking the rice sock in the freezer for an hour? It should be cold, but not wet......wouldn't it?

Another great and easy heat and cold source is a bath towel.

I wet it and place in the Microwave for 1-3 minutes. Then I place it in a trash bag and wrap a pillowcase over the outside- talk about great heat!!!!

I also have wet it and bagged it and placed in the freezer.

Another good cold pack idea is buy the cheap frozen vegetables in a plastic bag.

Use them as cold pack and then refrezze to use again.

Just be sure to mark the bag "DO NOT EAT"

You could try it.. I would just be afraid if later you tried

To heat it there would be moisture in it but try and let me know
