Living in Minnesota is hard. The summers are warm and humid and the winters can get tough if it doesn't get cold enough. Seems like if it's really cold, below freesing or near zero, it's not so bad. But now it's in the 40's and all the snow is melting so some days get rough.

Central Texas area. short winter with only a few cold or wet days. Extremely hot and dry in the summer.

I agree Vicki, Minnesota summers are hard on people who have RA. When

it's so humid outside I hardly go out. Summer is the worst time for me.

Winters are not so bad.

November......and I don't need to watch the TV weather shows....I always

know when a storm is coming to my area. I think it's because of the

barometric changes....you know, air pressure changes......I ache the same

way when on a plane going up or down....the pressure changes hurt even in

pressurized aircraft cabins. I used to dream of SCUBA diving, but no

more. I suspect the pressure changes caused by going more than ten feet

deep would also hurt....besides, I don't want to swim where there are

critters that could bite pieces off me.....LOL December, January, and

February are nice here for me.....cooler, dryer......

That area is maybe 50 miles East of me, for which I'm very thankful!

Ardieth,

My in-laws live in Weirsdale in an aviation community really close to where the tornados hit. We try to make it there a couple of times a year. Is that close to where you are from?

That sounds nice.. I don't think I could take

The real hot weather of the lower elevations

Of the rest of Arizona.. It is already 90 in some parts..

The key is the dry climate.. It is very dry here even

Though it does get cold here in Wyoming.

Anywhere in Arizona would be perfect. We moved to Flagstaff a year

ago...the winter is cold and sometimes snowy, but there is little

humidity on average year-round. Coming from the southeast to the

southwest....I feel like I don't even have RA some days. Like a

different person!
