Relief for dry skin

My body is like sand paper in the winter. Wondered if, beside creams

(recommendations?) if anyone has had success w/ a water softening

system. I actually saw an ad on late late night TV advertizing a

shower head that claims to do the same, but am very skeptical.

If you have a health food store close by......see if they have any Grape seed oil......try using it like you would a lotion or cream......only not heavy use....just rub it in your skin and let it sink in and see if that helps. It's a very light oil...used in Massage oils ........
