My mom always made me extra of that when I was a kid. We have been cooking gf for 2 years, my husband eats gf too helps his ms (he tested positive to intolerance) He is a better cook than me at it, today he was feeling good and made choc muffins and fried chickem. Amazon.com I buy a lot from even 50 lb bags of rice and potato flour. No one is heavy from that though my oldest could sit and eat a ton if we let him. And also our 5 year old had a reaction to a thimerisol shot at 15 months, 2-3 years of age used to refer to himself in the first person, had speech for a year but no other signs, tests found he needed GFCF diet and almost 2 years later he is absolutely fine now thank god! I have heard shots can bring out allergies is this true? My 12 year old does have 2 gluten intolerance genes but luckily no reaction to it happening, though the lab results and doctor said it could later.
