Guest guest
BMWs have heated seats, but I don't have one. I have a 2007 Ford Focus Hatchback. The car, despite its size, heats up very quickly in the AM. I have had it for 3 months & I love it! Steph in VA :)hookedonpopcorn <hookedonpopcorn@...> wrote: Hi,Dh and I are looking at new vehicles. I'm wondering if it would be helpful for my arthritis to have heated seats. If we are driving in the car for more than 3-4 hours, my legs get stiff and my ankels feel swollen. Do any of you have heated seats, and did they make a difference for you when traveling? Thanks,Jean ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ "Never underestimate the power of a small, dedicated group of people to change the world -- indeed, it's the only thing that ever has." Guest guest
I have heated seats in my VW bug. They do feel really good, I don't know if they actually help though. > > Hi, > > Dh and I are looking at new vehicles. I'm wondering if it would be > helpful for my arthritis to have heated seats. Guest guest
I really liked them, but I tend to have low energy and felt even more tired. Guest guest
Dear Jean- Lots of leg room will help. Getting off the road to get out and walk around once every hour helps. I would get a heated massage if it can be included. Yours, Deborah On 1/28/07, hookedonpopcorn <hookedonpopcorn@...> wrote: Hi,Dh and I are looking at new vehicles. Guest guest
I have a Honda Accord, the heated seats help me and so does the electric functions on the seat. Now on long trips I can adjust without the physical pain and the heat goes kind of on and off. So it kind of " wakes " your body up. In the Accord the heat is mostly if not all in the bottom on the seat. Hope that helps? Good luck, Suzanne Diagnosed 8 years ago at age 21 > > Hi, > > Dh and I are looking at new vehicles.
