Some say it is 50 mg/2ml so it is the same concentration as the 25 mg/ml, and would take the same volume for the same dose. It’s the same stuff you have been getting, but just the giant economy size. I remember taking 0.6ml a week....but now you will have to cut that in half to 0.3ml. Now that is hard on the eyes.
