Hi, Tish! I don't have a disc problem, but I had six shots into my

lower spine, due to stenosis (narrowing of the bones/pressing on

nerves). The shots gave me little relief. Only codeine is being

offered to me now, and surgery is suggested. I am holding off as long

as possible. My question is the same as yours, " Has anyone been
