Guest guest
I think of our immune systems as being very complex and some components are misguided to attack some component of our joints as though they were foreign bodies. I don’t think of our immune systems as being overactive but as being misguided. We don’t want to strengthen the parts that are misguided but if we can strengthen other parts that is helpful to us. Unfortunately I don’t know what is good to take but I think Echinacea is bad to take and Vitamin C is good to take. I don’t know even about these so please check with your doctor or a nutritionist about what you should be taking and how much. God bless. I have a question to ask. Of those of you on Humira, do you take anything to help boost your immune system? I keep getting constant bronchitis/resp infections, even though I take Vitamin C to help boost my immune system. I do not want to go off of my Humira, because I feel better than ever in regards to my RA. Any advice would be very helpful. Thanks!! in WVa Ready for the edge of your seat?
