Guest guest
Dawn, I didn't find it. I guess they do not want to give away the secret since they are selling it on their site. I would like to make my own instead of paying $200. In any event, I have started taking some supplements: fish oil, B- complex, stresstabs, and a mental clarity formula. Nothing has changed so far, but its only been a week. sam

Guest guest
Dear Dawn, I think the viatamin, mineral deficiency argument is valid. Even though is not in the best of places, he was released from the prison's mental health program in Oct of 2001 - symptom free and no longer bi-polar. I think that he probably did have a nutritional problem leading to depression and that Prozac only harmed. Guest guest
Sam, Here is the link where you can read the ingredients in this product: http://www.truehope.com/misc%20files/ingredients_list.htm Yes, I realize the cost is prohibitive... They are trying to obtain grant money to help pay the cost of the supplement for those who cannot afford it, but this is a long process. And, depending upon where each individual is in the tapering process - that determines how much of the supplement they need, which determines the overall cost. Sam, have you read the updated information on prozactruth in regards to using Immunocal? From everything I've read, this is probably the best way to boost your immune system so that you can begin feeling better more quickly. There is even more news out from a research firm in MN that substantiates all that Jim has already researched in regards to glutathione levels. It is well worth the effort to look at this information again! Guest guest
Suzy, I really believe the answer to all mental health problems will someday be linked to various deficiencies in the diet. If only more research money would be forthcoming for proper studies... But, oh no... no money to be made on cheap, easily available alternatives... We don't need any research, we need common sense. The industrialized food industry is what is causing all our problems. The human body was not made to consume or process all the chemicals that are laced into packaged food, sodas, etc. I look at what people have in their buggies at the market and I just shake my head, especially when I see the mother toting a couple of small kids, and I think to myself, these are the ADD candidates, the psych med candidates, and it's all because their mother is poisoning them with food that contains chemicals that CAUSE psychiatric symptoms. Yes, yes, I'm a Food Fascist. I admit it.

Guest guest
well, I am in total agreement with you on this one too Glitter! I had no idea that there was such a thing as synthetic soybeans (made by monsanto)until just recently. why do we need synthetic soybeans? the real ones are just fine. One thing that bothers me about 'natural' foods though is that even the nutritional value of fresh fruits and veggies have been compromised by pesticides, etc. I try to buy organic as much as possible but I don't know if I even trust those muthas any more. > In a message dated 1/21/02 3:05:20 AM Mountain Standard Time, > israelswarrior@m... writes: > > > > If only more research money would be forthcoming for proper studies... > > We don't need any research, we need common sense.
