Guest guest
I take 100 mcg of selinium daily and between 280-400 mgs of milk thistle. Like all things that enter your body, your liver must process it, putting a little strain on the liver. In Nov of 96 I went into liver failure and somehow survived. I have been on inactive transplant list since. Also due to a low platlet count, I cannot do the therapy, combo or otherwise. Since Feb of 1997 I have been back to work at manual labor and have missed very few days of work. Is it the Milk Thistle, which is prescribed in Germany? In addition to milk thitle and selinium I also take alpha-lipoic acid, vit E, zinc, lecithin and a multi-vitamin minus iron. I also limit my intake of sodium. Also, twice a day I take Metamucil to relieve the stress on my liver. Remember all things are processed by the liver. - " ...I dream then ask why not " http://community.webtv.net/MagistarLudi/TheLeftBank
