Guest guest
Hi I recently had to take my daughter in for a rash that broke out on her whole body immediately stopping antibiotics and was slightly afraid it was measles but my first gut feeling was allergic reaction since the rash wasn't raised and no blisters present so I ruled out on my own that it wasn't measles since I had them when I was in high school (even though my parents had all my shots administered) I also had chicken pox in 6th grade and both were pretty full onset and didn't seem to be any less comfortable even though I had the vaccines (which is what they say will happen if you ever DOO get the viruses) Anyways when I told her that I had pretty much ruled out measles she said that only kids who never got vaccinated were getting the measles and spreading them around. So I thought it was ironic that she had said that but she also said that it hasn't happened here in Alaska yet also... So I almost started laughing. Anyways I just had to share that and also is it true that ONLY kids who aren't getting the vaccines are the ones getting the virus or what?? I just want to stay up to date. Thanks, Crissy
