From: Brandegee <lightspirals@...>no-forced-vaccination Sent: Monday, November 3, 2008 2:14:53 PMSubject: My son's school using propaganda/brainwashing!I can't believe this, well yes I can, but gets me mad. My son's 5th grade teacher, and many other teachers distribute this little 'magazine' called TIME for kids. If you know anything about TIME magazine you know it's a total brainwashing tool.So this latest issue - California Wildfires, Mars, Seabelts, the Debate, and a whole page on "'Flu Fighters' The Governments tells kids: Get vaccinated!" Did you get a flu shot last year? Even if you didn't, you may this year. For the first time the Center for Disease Control (DCD) is recommending that all children ages 6 months through 18 years receive the flu vaccine. In the past, the CDC suggested that only kids up to age 5 get the vaccine.Vaccines contain little bits of the germ that can make you sick. Your body's natural illness-fighting ability-the immune system-learns to make cells that attack the germ (See "Germ Hunters")Because there are many kinds of flu viruses, scientists must create a new vqaccine formula each year. Researchers must make a prediction "It it like forecasting the weather" says Dr. Geoffrey Weinberg of the University of Rochester. "Sometimes we are right on, and sometimes we are off".Recent studies show that the nasal spray flu vaccine, known as FluMist, appears to be better at protecting kids from the bug than the injected vaccine (Big picture to the left of a kid getting a shot up the nose). In kids, the spray may help the immune system launch a broader defense, says Dr. Schaffner of Vanderbuilt University School of Medicine. So, the nasal vaccine seems to work better even when it's formula is not an exact match for the invading bug."The flu vaccine is not as effective as the polio vaccine or the measles vaccine", says Schaffner. "It's not a great vaccine, but it is quite a good vaccine".Then below - "Germ Hunters"Chances are, you don't know anyone who has smallpox or polio. Thanks to vaccines, these serious diseases no longer threaten the United States. By the time U.S. kids are 7 years old, most have received at least 25 vaccines.Vaccines battle diseases caused by bacteria and viruses. A weakened form of the germ is introduced into the body. The body makes special substances called antibodies to fight the germ. If the actual germ were to attack, the antibodies would fight it.Smallpox was the first disease people tried to prevent by exposing a health person too a virus. In 1796, Dr. Jenner placed some infected material under a boy's skin. The boy became immune to smallpox.Polio reached a peak in the U.S. in the 1950's. Thousands of Americans got sick. Many kids lost the use of their leg muscles or the muscles that control breathing. The polio vaccine ended the crisis. (picture of another student getting an injection by Dr. Jonas Salk, the person who the 'first safe and effective vaccine for polio'.Then the kids were TESTED on this:Flu FactsComplete the pamphlet below to inform others about the flu vaccine. (Now they want kids to also tell others!) Use the story 'Flu Fighters' and 'Germ Hunters' on page 7 of the magazine to help you.Questions:How do vaccines work?In what year was the first vaccine developed?Name two diseases that no longer threaten the United States because of vaccines?By the time they are 7 years old, most kids in the U.S. have received at least _____ vaccines.According to the CDC, who should receive the flu vaccine?Does getting a flu vaccine guarantee that somebody won't get sick? explain. What are two ways for kids to get the flu vaccine? Why do doctors want more kids to get the flu vaccine?Besides getting the recommended vaccines, what else can kids do to stay healthy? What a brainwashing machine! And they assume this is ok to do at school?!? I would love to give it to this teacher(s). I'd appreciate some feedback and ideas on what info to use.Thank you,Liz ------------------------------------ Links<*> To visit your group on the web, go to: no-forced-vaccination/<*> Your email settings: Individual Email | Traditional<*> To change settings online go to: no-forced-vaccination/join ( ID required)<*> To change settings via email: mailto:no-forced-vaccination-digest mailto:no-forced-vaccination-fullfeatured <*>
Guest guest
Hullo Liz. Ya, that is awlful. They are going way out to get the dogma around that they usually didnt have to utilize in the past. People just accepted it. They must be really feeling the anti-vacs breathing down their necks, You can be assured it was Paid for by BigPharm monies. I am sure you can find information to the contrary. But you would have to start by writing letters or contacting Time for producing it in the first place, with school children the target. Follow THAT money trail! Then, to the school administrator who allow it in their school. THEN, inform them all that it is a Very Biased booklet. It does not tell the whole truth, about Jenner and his son (who later died), polio on its way out when shots started, or Any proof to their efficacy. etc. And it does NOT tell the risks of vaccines, the adjuvants and adverse affects and deaths from them. Nor does it tell that vaccine are Not required or manadory and that there are vaccine exceptions for each state. It does not give the other side of the story. And that booklet was some Crapola of misinformation. Yell if you are going to fight back with any of these factions. There is plenty of ammunition to the contrary. Another study in mind control and herd mentality!!! Schools should stay out of the vaccine medical field all together, esp if they are going to produce these story book, underhanded tactics. This is NOT being informed. Far from it. Glad Day ~ Karla in IL Vaccines PREVENT Health

Guest guest
OMG. It would be difficult not to be combative, but knowing you, I think you'd share information with his teacher in the most intelligent and gentle way. I'd be very tempted to print out the very most well supported information I had against vaccines and drop by and discuss this with her and simply state that you believe it to be unhealthy propaganda for the kids. If they receive the magazine in school, that doesn't mean they have to be taught questionable information as if it were established and universally agreed upon scientific facts, and then tested on them. I have found the teaching community usually to be fairly liberal and open minded, but I'm from Massachusetts, which is a pretty progressive state - don't know if that's the case where you are. But I don't think I could just ignore this, especially as they are setting girls (and eventually boys) to go like sheep to the gardasil slaughter. t On Nov 3, 2008, at 2:14 PM, Brandegee wrote: > I can't believe this, well yes I can, but gets me mad. Guest guest
Here's what I have to say, but first, I did take eight years tough university coursework in the hard sciences, BA Botany, MS Soils, great GPA, physiology, chemistry, math... In case you think I'm a wimp, visit my unified site and digest the statistical theorem. This is scientific meat and I dare anyone to refute it. It means that I've learned the very, very hard way what the merc in vaccines/fillings has been doing to people. I would KNOW, and you would know, if you could/would understand good statistical design which gave rise to better by yours truly, then you would ask for, and receive, the full info on the so called "facts" you heard from experts. If what they say is true, then they ought to be able to back it up in terms of hard numbers, and NOT fancy talk to the uninitiated. I don't think they can do it. We all know this on this list, and plenty of us have also learned the hard way, or am I wrong. Someone ought to be able to convince me of these wonders of vaccines, but no one ever has. And why would I trust them? They lied to me and my family for decades, why would they be telling the truth about anything else? http://mercuryxxpoisoned.com > I can't believe this, well yes I can, but gets me mad. Guest guest
This is getting absolutely ridiculous. I would email the teacher, principal, school board, whatever and clearly state that there is to be a separation of church/state. You don't want their religious views (The Vaccine Program) pushed upon your child. Believe it or not, it is the U.S. Dept of Ed and the CDC behind this (brainwashing). I am doing that this week with my son's highschool.
Guest guest
You said it sister! I know, Money mag. is quite the machine. I called the school and they say just some of the teachers utilize those, so was pointed to the teacher. I think I'll skip that step and go to the administrator as you said. Good to know about Jenner's son, not a shining example anymore even in that light is he? Thank you for fueling my response Liz > > Hullo Liz. > Glad Day ~ Karla in IL > Vaccines PREVENT Health >

Guest guest
Thanks for the compliment Theresa. I can get powerful as well in my own way when necessary That's just what I have to express about the materials and studying in a completely one-sided subject. The school system will not get away with it on my watch. Washington is considered a progressive state as well, but I also have the king and his kingdom of vaccinating the world residing in my back yard. It's open in a lot of ways but still mostly sheeple.
