Guest guest Posted July 5, 2007 Report Share Posted July 5, 2007 The simplest thing I have found to avert constipation is to cut out all fats possible and use throughout the day about a table spoon of extra virgin first cold presses olive oil. Like maybe 1 tsp in your cereal a bit on your pancake instead of butter, more on your salad, a bit in your veggies.. works for me. Of course lots of fruit, veggies and whole grains.
