Guest guest
I was diagnosed when I was just a teenager I,m 46 now. I work a very physical job, I,ve been trying to get disability for about four years the nice guy at the office told me I have to decrease my hours at work in order for the medical board to even take me seriously about my case. The pain started in my right foot by my big toe,now it is on my right elbow and my wrists hurt now and then. Thanks for the info about the cider and peroxide, I will keep you posted. I was dx'd with RA almost 2 years ago. So far, I am not on prescriptions. I have had good luck with flaxseed oil and fish oil caps for the swelling. A few months ago, I was into a flare and was so painful. I decided to drink warm water with apple cider vinegar in it and by morning, I had no pain. I have been doing this regularly and it has really helped me. Now, for two weeks, I have been doing a detox program with H2O2 (hydrogen peroxide..35% food grade) I am not sure if I notice changes with the RA, but I am noticing other body changes for the good..such as my digestive tract and my energy level is up. Hope this helps some of you.
