I have used a sauna a few times, but for me, the hot tub/spa is all the difference betweeen being able to sleep and even walk sometimes. What do others find?Prairiegrandma

The only way to know which works best is to try both and decide that way. For me, moist heat is a lot easier to handle that dry heat, but then again I live in the Midwest where humidity is a way of life. The only time I use dry heat is when I use a heat pad, but even then often I use a damp towel. My rheumy says to use whatever works best and that only I can decide what helps most. From: helen flatau <hlflatau@...>Subject: Sauna vs spaRheumatoid Arthritis Date: Friday, March 27, 2009, 1:21 PM
