Guest guest
For a long time now I've read Dr. Gott's advice on trying Certo mixed with grape juice to ease discomfort from arthritis. Not really believing it but it's in there pretty regularly so yesterday I bought some (I dont know why I decided to try it now) and am drinking my first glass right now. I'm also trying to diet so I'm not that happy about the 140cal in the grape juice but figure I am willing to add them into my daily intake if it works. Quesion: Is this going to work for RA not just OA pains? I've asked my rheumy about alot of the over the counter things and herbs/vitamins and she says most of those things might help with OA but that RA is a disease and really won't be affected one way or another by any of it. So now I'm wondering about this pectin juice concoction, because Dr. Gott never states which or all arthritis can be helped by it.
