Likewise my prayers are on the way. Harold, my protocol now is 100 mg, Minocin, 5x a week and 7.5 Methotrexate weekly. I am hoping both drugs will modify the imflammationation process in different ways. What do you think? Thanks. Ken.Harold Van Tuyl <hvantuyl@...> wrote: My prayers are on

lilypadluxuriesgmailSubject: OT: Prayer Request for le and the Babies !! Hi Everyone, As some of you know, my oldest Daughter, le is pregnant with Twins.....Abigail and Jaxon......she's not due until September.....but her water broke this morning 5/29. We've been at the hospital all day...and I came home for a bit to rest, as she is stable and still pregnant right now. They are going to try their best to keep her pregnant for 3 more weeks....as the babies aren't likely to survive this soon. So far they are replenishing the amniotic (sp) fluid themselves, and moving around and good heart beats and contractions have stopped. ....and that's Great.....now we're Praying that it stays that way for as long as possible......She will be in the hospital until they are born.....and I'll be back and forth myself. She's in General, and her - is with her and we'll be back and forth with her until the babies come. Please Pray, Light Candles....or whatever your calling is......we need all the help we can get. Right now I'm just

numb......watching My baby go thru this with her babies. :( I'll update everyone as soon as I can......THANK-YOU !!! Love to All, Carla -- .-.. .-.. ( o )_( o

Ken,

If I were just starting out but with the

knowledge I now have I think I would try something similar to what you are

using. I would also use Folic Acid to counter some of the side effects of

Methotrexate and probiotics to counter the effect of Minocin on intestinal

flora. Each protocol can be shifted somewhat depending on side effects

and improvement of RA and each protocol takes quite a while to become fully

effective. As RA symptoms diminished I would then select one protocol to

start reducing to see if the other protocol alone will control my RA. As

it is I started with Arava, switched to Methotrexate, and then added Remicade

and got my RA pretty well controlled before I really learned about Minocin and

the antibiotic protocol. Since I am doing well I haven’t added

Minocin but would if I started having troubles. I would probably prefer

to be on Minocin because I have heard less about that working for a while and

then no longer working, but I’m not willing to change when things are

working well as is. God bless.
