Guest guest
Lynda, thank you for your kind words concerning my writing. My first question to you would be, “Who, other than Ron , can a true, freedom-loving, American support??” If I didn’t vote for Ron , who could I possibly support? On the Democrat side, Dennis Kucinich is better than the rest, in my opinion; but, I don’t consider him a constitutionalist, nor would he be a real threat to the Establishment power brokers. Ron is in a class by himself; a true statesman. Therefore, he must be my choice. Ron ’s grassroots supporters are now organizing to get delegates favorable to Ron to the Republican National Convention. You may not understand how the system works, but Ron could be the Republican nominee without winning a single Republican Primary!! No kidding. If you’d like me to explain, send an email to mail2hjb@... and I’ll send you my phone #. I believe Ron is the only Republican who could defeat a Democrat in the general election. I may be wrong, since Hillary does create lots of positively negative energy for the Republican Party. Or, is that negatively positive energy? Anyway, a lot of people will come out just to vote against her!! One serious problem that we need to overcome before we can take back the country is vote fraud. Vote fraud isn’t new, but it’s now more hi-tech. Computers can easily be programmed to rig the vote. Electronic voting adds a whole new layer of ways to rig elections. Only a return to paper ballots with a secure chain of custody will give the People any chance of recovering control of the government. The Electoral College issue is miniscule compared to simple election fraud. But, we are working on the vote fraud issue. We will need a grassroots movement; but, I have a plan to force the issue. If we can get an honest vote count, we can win. If we win the popular vote, I doubt that the Electoral College would dare deny the vote of the People. The Elites have more sophisticated ways to deal with threats to their power than refusing to validate the vote of the People. That’s the least of my concerns. Their means are much more devious and dangerous. Please stop convincing yourself that we can’t win, and work like we must win!! Because, in fact, we are at a crossroads and the alternative to winning is..... well, Henry laid out the alternatives – Give me liberty, or.....!! Yours for Liberty!! Guest guest
Hi. I am a new member of this group and have been trying to catch up and see how I can contribute before I introduced myself. Because I believe the next president we get will weigh heavily on whether we go forward, this thread is the perfect place for me to start. It is bewildering to me that educated people could still be spreading the same old doom and gloom; " My candidate can't win, so I'll vote for the lesser of the two evils " . Stop and think of how many times you've heard this stated by someone, then imagine if ALL of those someones decided that they were not going to sell out their convictions, and just vote for the best candidate regardless of whether they win or not. Even the lesser of the two evils is STILL evil. I can't tell you how many times I heard someone say " Well I don't like Bush, but he's gotta be better than Gore (Kerry) " In hindsight how many can truly say that today? Is it that freaking bad that we can actually say THIS administration was the best we could get? If so, then we are all surely doomed. ALL of the candidates carry the same corporate baggage, except Ron (and Dennis Kucinich). If you do not vote for Ron it WILL NOT matter which of the two evils wins; Barrack, Romney, Hillary, Ghooliani. They are all cut from the same cloth, a ploy to fool the fools into believing they have a choice. I predicted that Bush would win again because the American people weren't hurting enough yet in '04. I predict that we, as a society, are still not hurting enough to revolt and overthrow the war lords. THEY will win once again and we will suffer even further life, economic and Liberty losses. Until such time that we are all personally effected will the desire be deep enough for us to rise up, but by then it will probably be too late to ever gain back the America we once knew and loved. The optimist believes we live in the best possible society. The pessimist fears this is true. .......we need to think and act from within so that we are One with the > Universal Mind and Spirit...and believe me, with that unity and way of thinking anything is possible.....from the concept of you saving your grandson, to Trudeau bringing in all those letters to save himself in the courts with the FDA and Drug and Insurance Companies...to putting Ron in the White House....we need to educate people to listen to their gut feeling...the Spirit within...together WE are very POWERFUL

Guest guest
What I mean by "I won't waste my vote" is that I would, at this juncture, probably vote for Romney. I know he isn't much better than the rest, but he has a chance against Obama and Hillary and I absolutely do not want either of them in the White House at ANY COST!!! If it means voting for Romney to keep them out, then that is what I will do. If I see that voting for will be like voting for Perot, turn the tide to the other side because it will be siphoning off crucial Republican support that can put Democrats in the the Presidency, I will not do it, regardless of how much I want to win. Principle is one thing, 4 years of Hillary or Obama is another. I will do what I can and work toward the goal of winning, but right now, he is running at dead last with only 4%. It is a LOOOOOOONG way from there to the Presidency. He's the only one who's not CFR, the only one who will bring about real change by doing away with the FDA and other ridiculous govt. agencies, go back to the Gold Standard, get rid of the IRS, etc. He's the only one who will keep us out of Codex and the NAU. Take a look at his site: www.ronpaul2008. com and don't listen to what the media has to say about him. The media doesn't like him because he's against big government spending, etc. Suz

Guest guest
I agree with Green Spider also. Ron is the only one for real change. He is the only one who is not CFR, against Codes and for raw milk, etc. How about what the FDA just did? They are allowing cloned meat and dairy to be allowed for purchase. They ignored Congress who said they need to research the issue more. The FDA is getting way too big for their britches! Ron is the only one who votes to stop them. So start buying your meat and milk in an organic coop -- even if you have to travel an hour or so to get it. Suz

Guest guest
I figure that around election time, or maybe in the next month or so, things are REALLY going to heat up in the Middle East. With that, the "heat" will shift away from the minutia over which candidates are arguing (race, general political stupidity) and to the "war on terror." When that happens, the military will become the OVERWHELMING center of attraction. Howthe candidates approach that issue is going to be the guiding force of the election in the end. It may sound far fetched, but in my estimation, it is inevitable. We may even see another "attack" here in the US which will even make it more urgent. Who knows. I only know this is a VERY crucial time for the United States in so many ways. We are on the verge of losing EVERYTHING, the dollar is in the toilet, we are stretched so think overseas that we are vulnerable over here (thank God we all can still carry arms, except in DC and land, we may have to defend ourselves), our financial instability is out of hand due to too much personal debt (I have NO credit cards, I pay cash, only my cars are financed), medical costs are prohibitive, gas prices are ridiculous, and our credibility to the world is trashed. China and Iran thumb their noses at us and challenge us for the fun of it. We are no longer the "Super Power" of the world, we are barely hanging on. The next President must be a man who can bring us back to where we rightfully should be. It will take someone able to stand up to those who are more power hungry (like Reid and Pelosi) than care about America as a nation and its people. He must be able to pull a "the buck stops here" coups and fix an almost unfixable situation. Since the Supreme Court is comprised of men who are there for life and have taken it upon themselves to rewrite the Constitution, we must hope the new President will have the ability to put some true Constitutionalists on the high court to get it back where it should be. There is so much that needs to be done and it will be an uphill battle all the way with the sitting House and Senate. AMERICA IS IN TROUBLE!!!! I believe is probably the man who understands this better than any other and he doesn't seem to have that mega ego of the others. Now, here is something that will rub a lot of fur the wrong way, but I am going to say it just the same. does not have the physical presence to "scare" anyone. You know how much that means. How many times have you heard the statement about Bush as having that, "deer in the headlights" look? Appearances are very important on the world stage. Those who had the most world influence had a "look" that translated into power; Kennedy, Reagan, Clinton, even lin Roosevelt who had braces on his legs had a formidable appearance to the world. Now look at the failures; , Ford, . They didn't have that presence that is necessary. Look at Obama, he has that charisma, stature, commanding presence and is a smooth tongued devil. That is one of the things that scares me; he can charm the rattles off a rattlesnake. I am not being negative, I am being a realist. You have to back up and LOOK at the BIG picture. Look at what we are up against, not in just the candidates themselves but in the overall world situation, American situation, Congressional make-up, world issues, World and American attitude. Yes, we all want change, but yet Americans, notoriously, are afraid of change and in many cases opt for the status quo because, although it is a bad situation, at least they know what it is. The unknown is very scary and they fear that even though things are bad now, change may make it worse. I really don't know the answer; I'm not sure there is an easy one. I only know that this election may spell the end of America as we know it if the wrong person is put into the White House. Guest guest
I am VERY lucky, I have a grass fed raw milk dairy close by. They also have an organic farm where they grow all kinds of veggies and they sell free range eggs. They have just begun selling beef, poultry and pork. It is expensive, but worth it. The milk is FABULOUS!! I make my own cheese, sour cream, butter, and yogurt. There is nothing like it. The milk is $10 a gallon, but it is NOT pasteurized, it is absolutely RAW. Large open space rural areas around larger cities can provide this kind of thing, but the huge cities that sprawl all over everywhere (like LA) have a hard time getting to these kinds of resources, especially in states like Texas where raw milk can only be purchased on the farm, it can not be sold in stores. I only pray that we can go back to what is healthy for people, not terrible things like drugs and pasteurization. If only people realized that nutrition is what cures, builds and maintains good health. Drugs, pasteurization, sodas, sugar, etc., KILL!! I know Ron understands this (which in of itself is remarkable since he is a medical doctor). He could improve the physical, economical, emotional, world image, power dependence, racial, and many other "health" problems of this country. The hard part is getting the majority of the American public to realize it.
