Guest guest Posted February 12, 2009 Report Share Posted February 12, 2009 i agree that warming up is a necessity but we also cant take that too far. i had always done yoga and suddenly it makes me flare. i went to a physical therapist for a slipped disc (not ra related) and he told me any over stretching or over use can start the inflammation process. i can no longer do yoga or run but i can lift weights...when my wrists and hands are feeling good, and do light stretching > > > > hit two points I want to address.
