Guest guest
There have been some studies with glucosomine that there may be some reduction in pain for some OA patients. But all studies so far say that it provides no help for RA patients. And there are some reports out now that say some of the supplements on the market contain very little of the supposed beneficial substance. So if you do want to use it choose wisely For more info check the Arthritis Foundations website. It has good info about suppliments and any possible side effects BettySee what's free at AOL.com. Guest guest
They are putting glucosamine in face creams now. Guess it has an anti aging effect. Nothing but good news. Plus if they are now offering it to dogs, its rather a designed good for everything substance. Guest guest
actually i get mine (and i use glucosomine/chondroitin/msm) from a company that was recommended by great earth vitamins years ago. i get it directly from the company because of the cost savings and have total trust in their products. as for my dogs, i get theirs from the greyhound gang and i know them personally . . . . . but thanks ! ! ! bon/boys > > There have been some studies with glucosomine that there may be some > reduction in pain for some OA patients. Guest guest
My husband works for a plant that makes glucosomine, but I have not taken it because I read the reports that you describe about it not helping RA. (He has tried to tell me they have info that says it does help RA, but I didn’t really buy it. However, my doctor just recommended I take it for menopause because “it helps with the muscle tightening”. Well, I definitely have muscle issues along with my joint issues in RA, so I thought I would give it a try. I don’t know if it will help or not, but I guess it can’t hurt. I’m also going to break down and read the company’s info! -----Original Message----- From: Rheumatoid Arthritis [mailto:Rheumatoid Arthritis ] On Behalf Of eacozatt@...
