Guest guest
Glad to see you here on the O Board ! A whole bunch of nice things have been said about you here :-) -----Original Message-----From: Dekany [mailto:info@...]Sent: Monday, February 05, 2001 3:47 PM Subject: RE: Documentary on ERFYT Do you remember the Australian doctor who claimed that ulcer was caused by a bacteria? He went through the same thing is going through. This is the greatest diet of all!!!!!!!! How can anyone say, that avoiding junk food/eating lots of organic foods is rubbish? Well they are jealous! Here is another way to prove that is right. The success rate for Atkins is about 50%. For Dean Ornish, it's about 40-45%! The same ratio as the population! (Os - As) Even this does not mean anything. Try it for yourself. If it works, then who cares what others say. If it doesn't work for you, then try the diet they recommend. You will be going back eating for your type soooooo fast! Don't let the media(devil) control your mind. Think for yourself. love

Guest guest
Hi, ! I've only been here a week, and the people are great. You have made a lot of progress already. Good luck reaching your goal!
Guest guest
Welcome, ! Great results! You sound like you are doing all of the right things to reach your fitness goal. With your dance experience you should have incredible kicks (and flexibility). By the way, you can take tae-bo with you on your trips! Try making a cassette tape from your DVD. Then (assuming that you are very familiar with the moves on the tape), just bring a walkman and do taebo to the tape in your hotel room.
