yep, I do too, I also saw an ra exercise to put your foot out and stretch toes out and crunch and relax as well, anything to keep the ol gears moving for flexability.

I just started doing foot circles BEFORE getting out of bed and it really helped with the first walk of the morning.

You might just want to do a minute or two of rotation (like a clock) to the right, then to the left, then point and flex.

It’s simple and it really helps before putting all your weight on your feet.
