Guest guest Posted August 24, 2009 Report Share Posted August 24, 2009 I just started doing foot circles BEFORE getting out of bed and it really helped with the first walk of the morning. You might just want to do a minute or two of rotation (like a clock) to the right, then to the left, then point and flex. It’s simple and it really helps before putting all your weight on your feet.
