I cannot go out in the sun. I spent a day in the sun while in Mexico and had one the worst flares of my life. I also cannot tolerate heat at all.>> I was having a good couple of weeks, then I sat out in the sun and swam> yesterday for about 4 hours. I,m still in pain trying to keep my weight down and dealing with my pain in right foot lower back right elbow and thumbs on both hands. I,m stuck in a rock and a hard place about this disability situation or should i just say fuck it and go to Canada for the insurance and become a citizen.

I am on a sulfa based drug too. One very humid day I felt like a heavy wet noodle but I have never delt with humidity well.>

As long as you have medical records and a good rheumy go straight to a disability lawyer and sue for your benefits as is your right.  The consult should be free and the lawyer should tell what his " cut " will be.  Dont give up.  Canadian cold can be very hard on your bones.  Deborah
