SECRET DRUG PLAN IMPLIED

DECEMBER 26. A former drug researcher who worked with animals has sent me

this brief but explosive note;

" Fenfluramine [another fluorinated drug] of phen-fen fame was introduced in

the early 80s for childhood autism. It was noted to cause extreme

aggressiveness in autistic boys and [was] withdrawn. (An important paper

regarding this was published in the NEJM then.)

" It was introduced in the early 90s as part of phen-fen for obese women

(primarily). It was withdrawn again when these people started dying of

pulmonary hypertension.

" I used it...as a serotonin antagonist to elicit aggression in laboratory

animals. There was no evidence it caused weight loss in the animals. "

TO ELICIT AGGRESSION.

This suggests that the drug was foisted on the public with the knowledge

that it could produce aggressive behavior. That goes beyond cold

indifference. That moves into the area of social engineering of behavior

with chemicals.
