Where the rubber meets the road in the vaccine controversy is in the

laws--that's where our rights are defined. Legislation is where our rights are

advanced or lost. The most effective tool for staying aware and active with the

changing laws state to state is the NVIC Advocacy Portal. I've worked closely

with the designer and other state directors (I'm the NC Director). This is not

only legit, it has the potential to revolutionize the entire controversy. Not

merely recommended, it's critical that we all participate, and get as many

others to do so as we can.
