In my opinion the 20% seronegative is only those who are actually diagnosed with RA and I think there are a lot more who have RA and are seronegative but are not diagnosed because of that. It might be more like half of the people who actually have RA that are seronegative. God bless. Interesting that my 33 year old daughter is now being tested for Vit D, RA and question re fibromyalgia. She has always had hyperflexible joints, and wonders if there is any connection. So, I was glad to see October answers come back because they are so relevant again. And, if I am the 20% that is sero negative for RA, would one expect her also to be seronegative and eventually show joint problems to confirm RA?
