Deborah,

I know you mean well, but I don't need a lecture on "patient know thyself and thy disease." I have had RA for 30 years, have been on just about every drug available, and am well versed on the disease and potential treatments.

I also know that there are new drugs coming on the market every day, but unfortunately they are prohibitively expensive and not covered by Medicare. Not everyone's situation is the same as yours.
