Guest guest Posted April 17, 2009 Report Share Posted April 17, 2009 From everything I have read and from hearing from others who tried diet modification many people have some form of food sensitivity, but the foods that cause this sensitivity vary from person to person. Also others do not seem to have any food sensitivity so whatever they eat has no effect on their pain level. I have not seen any studies that demonstrate that diet change slows or stops joint damage, but for some it does stop or reduce pain. Here are a couple of links to food intolerance. God bless.
