Guest guest
Good luck with the Orencia. I hope it helps soon. Wouldn't it be nice to wake up one morning and just be "normal"? Right now just the MTX 1x week and pain pills and nsaids. Looking for next biologic adventure:-) have to wait on disability insurance for some reason they make me re-apply every 3 months. I really like reading info from others on here. Sharing hints and tips to make daily living would be wonderful! I do use the steering wheel cushion as someone mentioned for driving. It does help! aLove~Light~PeaceFrom: "i_live_in_slippers" <bart.tracy@...>Sender: Rheumatoid Arthritis Date: Wed, 06 Oct 2010 22:33:11 -0000<Rheumatoid Arthritis >Reply Rheumatoid Arthritis Subject: Re: 1st Orencia Treatment (happy/sad) I've now had 3 infusions and still can't say one way or another if it's " working " per say. I haven't had any major flares since starting which is good but I have my same old aches / swelling. My feet still hurt in the morning and am a little stiff and slow to get going but I'm really hopefully that with a few more infusions I'll get a full effect and some more relief. Humira worked like a dream for me, but was sick all the time on it, was hoping this would work as good without that. Only time will tell. Guest guest
It took a good 6 months for them to start working for me. Then I started feeling really ill for about 2 days after. After 2 months of them I couldn't take it anymore so I switched to simponi. Its been much easier not having to get infusions, just a once a month injection I give myself. Best wishes, ----- Original Message -----From: i_live_in_slippers <bart.tracy@...>Date: Wednesday, October 6, 2010 18:33Subject: Re: 1st Orencia Treatment (happy/sad)Rheumatoid Arthritis > I've now had 3 infusions and still can't say one way or another > if it's "working" per say. Guest guest
Well hello everybody. I'm back. Had my other hip replacement in August. This one is taking a little longer to heal. However, the RA still flares up. I am sorta coping. Didn't try the injections yet. Dr. wants me to heal a little more. Hope you all are having a good evening. Feel better.
