I most certainly agree with you on that one. Basically, the same rights that apply to police apply to CPS too.

I haven't watched the youtube link yet, but wanted to mention this. I have some

friends who are into Sovereignty (they've studied it for years and know how to

use it and preserve their rights), and they have some sort of placard on their

front lawn that quotes some type of law or something from the Declaration of

Independence or Bill of Rights (something along those lines), and once police

see it, they will NOT step on their property.

Case in point: a few years ago their house alarm went off and the only one home

didn't know the code to turn it off. Police arrived. First few officers on the

scene simply stood there on the public sidewalk, read the sign, and would NOT go

onto their property. They asked the woman inside to please come outside, but

the police would NOT step foot on my friend's property.
