5 Steps to Create Your Best Life

Posted by Ken Lauher on Mon, Jun 14, 2010 @ 07:15 AM

We are all creators. Even when we don't realize it, we create our life with our thoughts, words and actions. If we are to create exactly what we want, we must be conscious of our thoughts and

words, and live with intention -- always being in the moment. First,

decide what you want Dreams in our mind are just that -- dreams. They can easily get lost in the “noise†of our minds, the constant clutter of thoughts and the things we need to remember. When we

write down a dream, it becomes a goal. Create a plan. With

our goal written down, we must create a plan to achieve it. Think big. Know you can do anything you set your mind to. What are you after? Health, wealth, love? You can have it all. Work the plan. After

I created my goals for this website, my speaking engagements and my Feng Shui consultations, I began

taking the steps necessary to achieve them. Visualize yourself already there. Visualization doesn't work without action -- but you can strengthen your actions through positive visualization. Do whatever you need to “see†your goals accomplished. Visualization can take many forms: - a vision board with pictures of your goals - checks written to yourself in large amounts-

words that state your goalsGet creative -- use whatever helps you best visualize your goal. With these items in front of you, begin living the life of your dreams today. Imagine you already have all you desire. Track your progress. Take time to measure how

close you are to your goals. If the steps you're taking aren't giving you any results after time, use a different method. That doesn't mean giving up -- you're merely taking a different path toward your goal. It's

important to always live in the moment, so you don't miss opportunities

that could help you consciously create the life of your dreams.
