I read a lot of Northrup years ago but it seems that I should reread. I found this very helpful as I am carrying a lot of stress in my body right now and it is making me ill. Enough, I say, LOL

Hello Cheryl,

it is not just you, as I  started with a very bad cold and fever, now I found out that I have a bad case of shingles, and it is killing me. The recurrence of shingles,.is due to a low immune system and extreme  stress, which I have been going through lately, basically because of innumerable family problems , they never go away.

If  you please  be able to send me a prayer, it will be great. This is very painful and  very uncomfortable.Much love and respect to all,Liane
