A Master approaches the introspection of this physical plane viewing everyone as doing the best they can given the density of this experiment. They understand, through their ability to read the Akashic Record of anyone, how incarnates fare with the different test levels common to this experiment.

Since many Starseeds have developed full light bodies in their sleep states, and a few million are actively engaged in dimensional merkabah travel, the bridge most of them must cross initially to gain an ascension initiation from the physical is the karmic illusion bardo.

For the first Starseeds who achieve this, seventh-dimensional access is the next step, and those wishing to work with the ongoing arena of ascension on Earth will be within the realm of the first 144,000 Masters.

It is important to note that there are numerous soul groups who will achieve these Master qualifications but will not be part of the 144,000. They have had dharmic functions on Earth that have helped motivate evolution and thought. However, they have no plans for sticking around for the “Big Show†which is a distinct qualification for the 144,000 who will return to Earth's populations as teachers and facilitators of spiritual evolution.
