Have you been seen by a reumy or immunologist to rule

out the negative reasons why your lymphocytes are low?

Caren,

Regarding thyroid, I have basically used diet for support, and tried the Armour thyroid that I got in Mexico.

I did change the flax oil to borage oil, and I think that was a good change for me.

According to some, flax can be depressive of the thyroid, and I didn't always feel that great when taking it. My brain fog got worse.

I just recently got some organic virgin coconut oil from the Philippines, and I will be trying that, which is supposed to by thyroid stimulating. I got it mainly for its antiviral properties.

The amino acid tyrosine is supposed to be involved in the production of thyroid hormone, but I have never used this supplement myself.

Hope this helps Caren!

Love,

Patty

If my TSH is low I should not be taking natural thyroid right because I am producing to much? Patty what products have you used from the health food store?

Hi Caren,

I will be happy to refer your questions & test results to our OB-GYN Consultant, if you can give me a few more numbers. She will ne your T-4 level, T-3 uptake, and T-7 (FTI) levels, in addition to your TSH level (which is very low for your age). All of these levels are measured by an Estrodial Test. If your Endocrinologist did not do this complete test, he should have, as soon as he saw how low your TSH level was. Mine is considered too low at .90, for my age, which is 'old enough to be your mother'! Can we just leave the "age description", at that?

Please let me know if you have the numbers from this test in your records -- if not, insist this test be run on you.

Please stay in touch!

Blessings always,

Martha Murdock

I went to the endronologist and she said everything was fine. I stopped my period 9 days ago and then one Saturday it started again. I have been doing this since February. I bleed like spotting. Its not heavy. I have always been regular. This is so irritating. Has anyone good through this. My TSH was at .64 and the range is .50 to 5.00.
