I have been using this negativity-cleansing imagery exersize for years. I include this: Imagine/see/feel the sparkling,soothing,cleansing white light actually pouring not just over your entire body, but THROUGH your entire body,every cell ,every molecule of your body, filling your entire self and dissolving and/or flushing out all negativity.
