Guest guest
Dearest Vicky: As I prayed for Bradley, I felt the great Love and Prayers that surround him even now. That circle is great. He has truly been a blessing to you all...to his family, his friends, his spiritual friends, even to those who worked in the hospital. They have all learned the power of Love from this beloved man...they have all felt the Light of the Creator from helping him through this time. All of your Spirits are brighter because of him...for I " saw " the Light around him as a huge circle that continually traveled outwards. He is truly Blessed, Vicky! And so are you all! Many blessings, Lynn Manyfires > > Dear Bradley friends and prayer warriors, > This is Vicky Eaton, 's sister with an update on Bradley, > > He came to clinic today for counts after radiation treatment. Guest guest
Thank you all for your prayers....please continue to pray for Bradley and his family. You can also leave well wishes at his Caring Bridge website http://www.caringbridge.org/visit/bradleybrock/journal Praying for Bradley and his family... Carol Leonard Friday, August 27, 2010 1:41 PM, EDT Thanks for checking in on Bradley's update…last night, was a little rough. He was very restless and in a lot of pain. Long story short, his port had clotted and he wasn't getting his pain medicines. I felt so bad, as anything we did…just didn't seem to ease it. I'd say he and I slept maybe an hour. This morning, we finally got his pain under control. Today so far, he has not been in pain. He hasn't felt great and has been uncomfortable, but not pain! He has talked quite a bit, but he is so tired and can't sleep. I did sleep on the couch in his room some this morning and family stayed with him. We found out the last two days, Central HS had a special prayer at the flag pole for Bradley. From my understanding, around 50 students came to be saved or rededicate their lives. At the Dobbins ballgame, they had a special prayer time for Bradley and I heard around 400 students come down to pray. The Central girl soccer team put Bradley's initials on the bottom of their shoes for their game and they won! I heard WCQR had a special prayer for Bradley one morning this week. I am sure there are other Bradley stories, so if you have one..please share it in his guestbook. It is amazing as a mom to hear the stories and the impact that he is having on lives…young and old! To have that many teens to want a relationship with God, as Bradley has…WOW! Thank you to everyone who headed these activities and thanks for those who shared the stories. I'm not sure about visitors today, as he is so tired. He `may' be able to handle a few coming in to just say hi. We appreciate the support, as anytime I went into the lobby…there were always about 50 or some folks there to see and/or support him. It is amazing how family, friends and the community have pulled together. Bradley feels bad that he can't see everyone, but he said..I bet they are out there talking, making friends and becoming close. That is what he wants…people to get along and love God. This morning through all of his pain, he said…'Mom, I'm happy and I love you'…That my friends is my son!
