Guest guest
I've had a real problem sleeping ever since my last surgery in 2000. I've been on all kinds of meds, including those that should knock out a horse, according to my Doctor. I saw my Psychiatrist ? ( the ones who can dispense meds ) He's very good with meds, side effects and interaction. My sleeping pills said take one at bedtime. He told me that was the problem. If I want to sleep at 11:00pm then take it at 8:00pm or even 7:00, to experiment but I needed to take it a few hours before I wanted to sleep. I tried it last night for the first time. It helped. I slept, but not solid, but I was very drowsy and did get intermittent sleep. So PLEASE consult your doctor first, but this may help you.
