Yes, if you are able to tolerate the therapy, high dose is the only way

to beat the virus, presently. It has been observed that even if you do

not have a sustained response , a reduction in viral load itself is

helpful in halting the progression of disease. I feel it is a more

optimistic approach rather that just wait for the virus to keep

multiplying. And certainly if you are able to tolerate , continue at

least for a year.
