Guest guest
 Rainbow Meditation Rainbow meditation is a ‘guided meditation’ method. It is simple in that all you need is yourself. It is the hardest because it is necessary to have the discipline to do it. Rainbow meditation helps to slowly and gently guide you away from the things that are causing you stress and tension. It focuses on helping you to find inner peace & happiness, set free your creativity, and awaken personal power. Rainbow meditation may illustrate the understanding of images as sensations through its changing focus on the main energy centers of the body. The major energy centers on the body are each represented by a color. Each color has a meaning and purpose. Focus in meditation directs one to importance, from the mind, on a particular location of energy centers. Additional to the location, in Rainbow meditation, is concentration to specific colors that are accurately linked to each major energy center. Each color represents an energy center that triggers the tonal frequencies of other energy centers. The color Red is associated with the root chakra at the bottom of the spine. Orange; the genital chakra Yellow; the navel chakra Green; the heart chakra Blue; the throat chakra Indigo; the brow chakra Purple and White; the crown chakra. All of these energy centers/chakras are experienced in the Rainbow meditation. Performing Rainbow meditation: Beginning: 1. Breathe knowingly & rather deeply. 2. When you develop your own breathing rhythm , become conscious that each inhalation you take contain particles that will now become part of your body - and with each exhalation, sends particles into the surrounding atmosphere to be inhaled by some other life form. These particles have existed in some type from the beginning of time, and will go on to existing forever. 3. With every breath, you become more aware of these links, and the impossibility of separating yourself from life. Come back to 'normal' breathing slowly, when it seems suitable to do so. 4. Imagine yourself as all of the colors of the rainbow. And imagine each color giving and receiving energy from all of your energy centers. 5. Soften into the rainbow and let the colors take you over, stimulating your mind and body during the gentle rainbow meditation. The Rainbow Technique: 1. Remember who you truly are, the personality of your outward life 2. Attach with your source (God or higher power or even your ‘higher self’ 3. Declare your limits and your term of values 4. Call upon a beautiful rainbow that covers you 5. Bless everyone, even those who you dislike and the ‘bad’ people. Wish them good and blessings. 6. Use your intent to focus your thoughts on that which you created Guided Rainbow meditation is much like self-hypnosis. The benefits are limitless. The most powerful benefit being the inner peace and releasing the stress and worry. Your mind becomes more relaxed and at peace, your thoughts become more confident, loving, and more supportive of yourself and others around you.
