Thank you for such a gift of masterful simplicity and pragmatic

application.

Best of all, you do not need any being but yourself to do it.

It is part of my morning and night rituals.

Could I add a suggestion?

Feet naked and planted in the Earth moistened by the morning dew, bring

up form the Inner Earth Sun the colors and starting with the Red of the

First Chakra gyrating in a counterclockwise fashion, then run each color

thru each chakra keeping in mind the gyrations until you finish with the

purple in the crown chakra. Inhale from the Inner Earth Sun, exhale into

it too.

Then look at the Sun or face it (no glasses please) and repeat but this

time beginning with the purple in the Crown chakra and gyrating in a

clockwise manner, then run the sequence all the way down to the red and

first chakra being mindful of clockwise gyrations. Inhale from the outer

Sun and exhale into it.

If you need energizing after above is concluded, stand on the ground or

equivalent where you live and imagine a sublime pink and golden thread

entering via your right feet (if you are a male) into your body and

have them ascent with each inspiration to the next joint in your right

side up until you reaches the top of your head, then bring the pink and

golden threads down to the left side of your body " walking " and stopping

in each joint. When you reach your left foot, release into the ground.

If you are a female do the same but star in the left foot and discharge

via the right foot.

Blessings
