~ Deal with your issues! Get help if necessary!

 

We all have issues, some greater than others.....

What exactly is, an " issue " ?

Issues are behaviors that interfere in one's life, work, or relationships.

These may include control, anger, fear, rage, insecurity and neediness, to name a few.

These may have come from our childhood, while growing up, from a traumatic incident, or incidents, that has happened in our lives,

or they may be issues that have been unresolved from a past life.

There is a great deal of help, for people dealing with their issues.

There is one-on-one therapy, which a licensed and skilled psychologist, shelves and shelves of self help books, that can be found at your local

library or book store, on every subject you can possibly think of, and a

myriad of self help and support groups, for any problem you may have.

There is also the holistic route, to help deal with your issues, such as

hypnosis, past life regression, and varied energy techniques.

Self help books, counseling or support groups, and one on one therapy should be attempted first, to deal with your issues and problems. If these methods do not work, then it is recommended to see a psychiatrist,

as medication may be needed. 

 

~Take responsibility for yourself and your life!

This means to stop blaming others, and viewing yourself as a victim!

It does not matter, what happened to you when you were growing up, or how you were abused, or what traumatic incident accident happened.

That is the past. What matters is what you do about it NOW.

Remember, everything that is in your life, you have chosen, including your parents, your situation, your family life, your financial status, your health, Everything!   You may not remember why you chose these things, but know that

you did, to learn whatever spiritual lessons your soul wanted to learn in this lifetime, or to help others in your life learn lessons.

And you must also remember, that you are in control in your life, and only you have the power to change things. And you do have the power to change things, it is just a matter of taking responsibility for your life, and deciding to do

something about it. Choose not to be the victim, and choose to take whatever " terrible " thing has happened to you, and instead view it as a " gift " , learn from it, and take it a step further and help others because of it.  Included in this is playing

your part in being responsible for the environment, and the world we all

live in.

 

 ~Release Anger/ Resentment/ Hatred / Need for Revenge

 

 These are lower energies that do not serve you, and do nothing but harm

yourself, and disempower you. A good analogy that Wayne Dyer once gave,

is that these type of energies are like a snake bite, from a poisonous snake. It is not the snake bite that kills you, it is the poisonous venom that flows through your body, long after the bite, that kills you.

You can remove the " venom " by making the decision to let go of the resentment & hatred. Instead, send love, tolerance or forgiveness, to those who have wronged you, and you will immediately feel better, and

more at peace with yourself and the situation. Though sometimes this is

easier said than done, it is oftentimes helpful to discover the " root " from where it all started, or why it happened, and this insight, and understanding, of why a person is the way they are, or why they have done the things they have done, may make forgiveness and love possible.

Understanding leads to forgiveness, and forgiveness leads to love,

 and love leads to HOPE.

 

 ~Release Attachments & Expectations

 

As these are the things in life that keep one unhappy, and are the source of all problems.

 

-Attachments- These can be attachments to people, places, material things, beliefs,

ideas or outcomes. When you are attached to something, you may constantly fear

losing it, or fear that it won't happen. If you do lose it, or it doesn't happen, you will unhappy.

You need to trust, that everything you need in life will come to you.

If you are attached to nothing, then everything that you do have in your

life will be a blessing, and you will not worry and fear losing what you are not attached to.  

 

-Expectations- When you have expectations, of yourself, a situation, or someone

else, you are letting yourself be set up, to be let down, and this is when yourself,

and other people, become " not good enough " ,

and this makes all parties, unhappy.

     

Releasing attachments and expectations, is about letting go, of control.

When you are able to live by the old saying,

" Let go, and let god " , in all situations,

that is when you truly become free to experience bliss, peace and joy and truly become connected to Spirit in you life, and shift you to a higher level of consciousness.

 

~ Worry is Wasteful

 

Worry is energy that is wasted on something that may not ever happen-

Also do not worry about what other people think- What is important, is what you think, and how you feel. Always trust your own feelings, and

inner guidance, trust that you have all the answers within yourself.

 

 ~De-Stress Your Life

 

Stress makes people sick. Change whatever it is in your life that is causing you to feel stress. Look at changing your job, your living situation, your spouse, or your friends. Let go of negative people and situations in your life.

 

 

~Everything is a Matter of Perspective

 

Everyday you choose how you feel, you choose how you look at things in your life, you choose to be offended or upset.  Things will be as good, or as bad as you choose to see them.  You have a choice of focusing on the good, or focusing on what is negative in your life.  Instead of viewing the " bad " things in your life as punishment, and thinking " poor me " , try to see the spiritual lesson

in your hardships, and your life will flow much smoother.

 

~Take Care of Yourself First !!!

    

If you do not take care of yourself, you will be unable to take care of anyone else!

Learn to say " no " , and do only those things you truly want to do!! Make sure you take time for yourself every day.
