Guest guest
> Dear Group > I am very excited about this group, I have been reading member messages, finally I think I will be able to talk with people who under stand . This pain is unforgiving I hope I can help others with Degenerative disk & joint cervical, lumbar, nerve damage and fibromyalgia also ostio arthritis maybe a little help for depression. > Bill Dear Bill, welcome and thanks for joining in. You took a good first step, introducing yourself, and venting your frustrations. This why we are here, to listen and hopefully provide some good feedback. If you go to the home page of our site, then go to files, members stories, and read Dave's story you'll see the path I have traveled. I did get SSDI after a 2.5 year struggle. I highly suggest getting a Lawyer. You have a much greater chance winning your case than going it alone. Their fee's are capped and in my opinion worth it. I wouldn't have won without them. I can really relate to the pain being unforgiving. I've had constant chronic back and neck pain since the year 2000. The last few days have been especially bad, and I don't know why, possibly the weather ( rain, low pressure ) lack of sleep etc. Besides normal pain, I've had a lot of nerve pain. I've been doing pretty good with depression recently but I am being treated for it. I do have lots of problems with memory lately and my Wife made an appointment with my primary care Doctor to talk to him about that, it's been worrying her. If I may ask your age, where are you located, and do you still work, or have you been forced to quit. I'm 47, live in Eastern PA Reading, PA. and had to give up my business in 2005 when I just couldn't push on any more. Thanks again for joining in, Dave
