Reiki Techniques

The 3 After Reiki Techniques should be performed by everyone after getting a Reiki session or attunement. The three Techniques are the Rainbow Meditation, an epsom salt shower, and cutting the etheric cords.

Rainbow Meditation

a. Grounding - Ask yourself what is the best grounding color for them today. Visualize a cord of that color energy mixed with White Light from your root chakra connected to the center of Mother Earth and when you follow that Light up, imagine your legs turing into tree roots going

deep into the ground, at least twice as deep as you are tall, which turns you into the tree of life. Know that Mother Earth Loves you, holds you here, and Protects you. Thank her for that.

b. Protection - Visualize an orb of White Light (use Reiki White light if you are attuned to Reiki) surrounding you attracting positive energies and deflecting energies with grace and ease.

c. Call in your Guides and Angels to be here with you to help you clear,

balance, and align all of your charkas and your aura.

d. Intend to start the Rainbow Meditation

e. Say/Intend I Call in the -White Ray to clear, balance, and

align all of my charkas and my aura.

= Red-White, Orange-White, Yellow-White, Green-White, Aquamarine-White, Blue-White, Indigo-White, Violet-White

Do each one one at a time.

f. Use the Golden Violet White Flame by following the following steps:

i. Call in Archangel Zadkiel

ii. I invoke the Golden-Violet-White flame of Archangel Zadkiel to engulf my entire being and transmute any energies no longer servicing me

to the highest levels of Love and Light.

iii. 4 Breaths

iv. I am a being of the Golden-Violet-White fire. I am the Purity that God desires. X3 So Be it.

v. I call in the Golden-Violet-White Flame of Archangel Zadkiel.

g. Say/Intend I Call in the White Ray to clear, balance, and align all of my charkas and my aura.

Thank your Guides and Angels for being here with me to help me clear, balance and align all of my Chakras and my aura. I Love you and Respect

you, and I ask that you continue to clear and negative, restrictive, unwanted, excess, or harmful energies from my entire being, and replace them with God's Golden-White healing energy and the White Light of Reiki. This will continue until I start my next healing endevour tomorrow.

If you are attuned to Reiki, instead of using White Light, perform the folowing steps instead of step g

g. Ground Again

h. Protect Again

i. And say/intend I call in the diving white light of Reiki to clear balance and align all of my Chakras and my Aura

Epsom salt shower

Epsom salt shower should be taken within 48 hours after receiving a treatment or attunement. To do this Get in the shower, get wet, turn the water off, intend that the epsom salt clear any electricity that is not your soul energy, unwanted energies, or toxing from your entire being, rub epsom salt all over your body including in your hair. Let it

sit for 5 minutes, and wash it off. Some people use sea salt, but it is more expensive and I find the epsom salt to be more effective.

I cut all the etheric cords.
