Remember you are loved more than you can possibly comprehend at this point. Make spiritual connection a priority each day so you can feel the reality of that statement. (For some people, it's doing something creative. For me, it's being out in nature, prayer, and "just talking" to my spiritual helpers. I don't understand at all what it is I'm talking to, but the love and wisdom I get in return help immensely.)

Remember you are here for a reason. God's gift to us is spiritual development through the earth school. We learn how to experience the full joy of creation, but it doesn't happen overnight. Some things you may be learning through this lifetime...patience, faith, why/how to focus on the "big picture" as we discover It (spiritual Truth), and gratitude for pain. IMO, that's one of the toughest lessons...the ability to say "thank you" for the wake-up calls that bring us into greater consciousness of who we really are (and what we really need as a result).

Have courage! You've made it this far, and it'll all be worth it in the end.

As for me, I am SO glad I didn't end of married to any of the people I was with before. They were not right for me in many ways, and I am a MUCH better person for all I've been through...and that includes being alone for many years. After some ignorant behaviors with several people who were not in my best interest, I'm about ready to start dating again. Actually, I love being older and wiser! Don't know why that has to come with physically uglier though. ;-) (Yeah, I'm still brainwashed by this culture. :-P) Oh well, at this point, I know anybody who can't appreciate the wonderfully imperfect person I am is NOT somebody I need to be with, anyhow!
