They do that to the troops because in reality, the troops are working for private corporations that profit off of wars (because thats all its about is profit). So of course they are going to be injected with chemicals in secret via population control. They do the same to prisoners. Then they wonder why ex-prisioners and veterans suffer with mood disorders. Its only natural that after witnessing things that they have and living under those conditions, their minds would affected negatively. Then they come out with more drugs to treat these "mood disorders". Never ending cycle of bull crap.
