Well here it is at last- electronic health reporting which

is at the basis of national ID, real ID and " where are your

papers " electronically.

Is there one in your state?....or are they rolling out from Iowa on

this one, Washington State for hindering vaccine exemptions,

etc.

Obama, Clinton, Frist, Kennedy started this years ago with the bill

Wired for Healthcare bill.

IBM..everyone, everything, is already in place including School based

health clinics...no escaping vaccine except strong exemption laws

which are currently under attack and a revolution of civil

disobedience.

Question: Participation and data sharing agreement” means

the agreement outlining the terms of access and use...Who gets to see

this stuff?

This part is good...but like vaccines...how available will that

information be to inform the patient that they are allowed to

decline? How much pressure will the physician put on the patient so

that he will not decline...for his own health safety, of course.

a. A patient shall have the opportunity to decline

5 exchange of their health information through the health

6 information exchange. The board shall provide by rule the

7 means and process by which patients may decline participation.

8 A patient shall not be denied care or treatment for declining

9 to exchange their health information,.

13 b. Unless otherwise authorized by law or rule, a patient’s

14 decision to decline participation means that none of the

15 patient’s health information shall be exchanged through the

16 health information exchange. If a patient does not decline

17 participation, the patient’s health information may be

18 exchanged
